The Periogen® Company also conducts research into oral bacteria, tartar formation and dissolution.

Ordering Information:

Orders are processed through our 100% secure Yahoo web store using Visa, Mastercard or PayPal.

Phone-in orders, (619) 275-5200 are accepted Monday - Friday 9am-5pm. For sales after-hours, please leave a message and your call will be returned.

Shipping Information:

Standard orders are processed and shipped within 5 working days.

Expedited orders are processed and shipped same day whenever possible.

Refund and Returns Policies:

Return unused portion for a full refund or replacement.

Dental Aids:

Please make your selections wisely. Dental accessories should be considered non-refundable as these returns are treated as contaminated and therefore disposable.

If opened, please do not return. Defective tools will be replaced at our discretion.

If unopened, return and we will refund the purchase price less shipping and handling.

Returns must be accompanied by an RMA (Return Material Authorization). Please email us at contact@periogen.com for additional information.

Oral Irrigators:

Defective Oral Irrigators should be returned to Waterpik for replacement. Waterpik Customer Service can be reached at (800) 525-2774 or emailed at service@waterpik.com.
